Bathroom Plumbing Scope in Dubbo
Rough-in plumbing — relocating floor waste positions for new shower layout, basin and bath drains, toilet pan collar, and water supply risers for new fixture locations. The rough-in is done before walls are tiled and floors are finished — getting this right is critical because mistakes become expensive to rectify once tiles are on.
Final fix-out — connecting tapware to showers, baths and basins, connecting waste to all fixtures, installing the toilet suite, and commissioning the hot water supply. We work around the build program so tiles are done and substrate is ready before we install fittings that can be damaged by tilers.
